School Houses

We have four houses in our school. The names of these houses are based on the famous rivers of our country. The Objective of our House system is to nurture the talents of each student and to prepare them to be leaders in their respective areas. It also gives them a sense of belongingness towards each house and moreover, they need a platform to showcase their talents. This is why we were inspired to form this beautiful system known as the ‘House System’. These 5 houses instil or inculcate 5 skills in them – CONFIDENCE, TEAM SPIRIT, LEADERSHIP, PERSISTENCE AND BEING RESPONSIBLE. Each House is headed by one boy ‘House Captain’, one girl ‘House Captain’ and a member of staff as a ‘House Warden’. Students of class III onwards are randomly allocated one of these houses. Points are awarded to the students throughout the year on the basis of various co-curricular activities, competitions, games and sports. At the end of the year, the House gaining the highest number of points is declared the winner.
