Delhi Public School R. N. Extension organized VIBYOR-2018 An Inter School Art Competition on Friday, 2 nd February 2018 in the school precincts the main aim of the competition was to provide a pedestal for innovation, exploration and aesthetics to the budding artists. The theme for the competition was ‘Communal Harmony’ and it was conducted in three different age group based categories the competition witnessed active participation of various schools from Ghaziabad. The young participants spun magi and unleashed the artists within. They gave vent to their imagination and aesthetic exploration creating magical expressions on cameras. The occasion was graced by Mrs. Santosh Bansal, Pro-Vice Chairperson, DPS R. N. Extension as the guest of honour. Mr. Dheeraj Bhatia, a well-known freelance artist, Mrs. Vasu Mittal and Ms. Anu Singh judged the paintings made by the participating artists. The school Principal Mrs. Pallavi Upadhyaya welcomed the gathering and appreciated the participation of various schools. She talked about the theme- Communal Harmony and its relevance to the contemporary life the women’s were awarded wining trophies, prizes and certificates in all the three categories. The arty fiesta concluded with a vote of thanks and National Anthem.
